Service was completed in less than 10 minutes including paperwork payment as well as service. Didn't have to leave my car!!!! Amazing. Thank you Valvoline

(April 18, 2021, 8:13 pm)After trying two of the other drive-up oil change businesses, I decide to try Valvoline in Yorktown. Keith, the manager, and his two technicians, Jesse and Joe, were very professional in greeting and assessing my needs. I needed a oil change and was deciding on flushing my transmission oil on my Volvo, which I previously tried to get done at another place but they could not accomplish. To say the least, this Valvoline got it done! Jesse researched the transmission technical data and within 45 mins both engine and transmission oil where flushed/changed.
I grade their performance on knowledge, professionalism, customer care and overall experience - Keith’s team excelled at three making my overall experience the best. If you want an honest approach with no sale tactics - I highly recommend their services! I recommend purchasing a Groupon discount for the oil change savings! -

I left feeling more informed about my vehicle and its maintenance needs. I got an oil change & a transmission fluid replacement and it was very fast.
