(February 28, 2020, 6:23 am)Legion isn’t just a workout! It is a family! Love this place! Workouts are hard but worth it. Make you feel amazing! Like you can accomplish anything! The coaches are fantastic! I love that they push you! Just when u think u are at your limit, they add a heavier weight or reps! They believe in you and your progress! Thank you Eric and Josh for always pushing me!! I lost 21 pounds in 6 weeks!!! It can b done and the coaches are there every step of the way!!

My first day, I struggled to accomplish what seemed to be simple exercises, but now almost 6wks later, the growth is incredible. And that’s all because (1) I was committed to my fitness goals and (2) the coaches are AMAZING & the Legion workout & diet plan ACTUALLY WORK! I’ve lost more weight than I intended to, and although I still don’t know if I’ll ever love working out, it’s definitely the most enjoyable and rewarding gym experience I’ve ever had!
Bonus: they are extremely accommodating & supportive! My 2.5yr old son has been to almost every class with me and they’ve sometimes even interacted with him during class without missing a beat as a coach... priceless! -

(February 11, 2020, 9:16 am)Coaches are amazing. 45 minutes of earned sweat but it's somewhat fun. Coaches are great and will push you as far as you can go to make progress but will also try to accomadate you if you have some type of physical issues. Decent selection of different supplements too. Love it.

I would suggest to everyone that I know to go check them out The workout is always great I just finished a 6 week challenge and I am now a member for life. Everyone who works there is great the owners are also amazing. Their cause is about helping you be the best you can be and the healthiest person you can be. I look forward to a long workout relationship with them.
