Three days ago, my family had to make the painful decision to have our older dog put to sleep due to overgrown tumor. My daughter and I were present for the entire procedure. Dr. Polo's soft-spoken, compassionate manner was just what we needed in the moment. He informed us of what would happen on each step of the process. He allowed us to take our time without concern for the pre-holiday busy office.
We could not have asked for more from Dr. Polo or his staff. -
