“Today I went to swim laps and found out the lap side of the aquatic center was closed. Usually KROC has text alerts but the pool manager John informed me that he was short life guards and needed them for the splash area as it was pretty full with little kids. I asked about the texts alerts to which John couldn't give an answer as to why they didn't put one out. Driving allure way over to KROC and having no idea it was the lap pool was closed, I was a bit upset but when I asked John if he could do anything for me, he opened up the lap pool and supervised me while I did my workout. What a good dude. It was obvious he was short staffed but took time out of his schedule to accommodate me. He deserves a raise or promotion. People need to be more like John. ”

“This was a nice experience for me. I had some repairs done on a Van Hool CX45. The staff was professional and friendly; and they tended to my service as requested and got me on my way in just over 8 hours. The only thing I would've appreciated is if there were restaurants or a Wawa type of place within walking distance of their shop. But for repairs and maintenance, that's a good place to go.”
