Wow. After 3 weeks of having a skin infection I decided to seek medical attention.Traci was my nurse and she was very concerned. She didn't know if it was a virus or bacterial infection. She prescribed me medicine and followed up the next couple of days. Her biggest concern was that i was having joint pain and it could of been something worse. I must say there are great human beings that not only do their job but really do care. I'm not one to write reviews but Traci you are a great human being god bless you.
Wasn't planning on going but made a last minute decision to make an appointment for an earache. The NP relieved my pain and got me on the road to recovery. She was caring and determined to help me when my doctor didn't do even half as much as she did. Once I left the Minute Clinic, I had relief.
I preregistered online and was seen with virtually no wait time. The nurse practitioner by the name of Flo was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. A very positive experience. I would certainly use this office again.
