Kennedy University Hospital - Cherry Hill: Emergency Room

This past Monday I suffered a heart issue and was admitted to Jefferson. The staff was amazing. The doctors did all the test they can to find out whats wrong with me. They updated me all step of the way. The ER doctors were extremely patient and understanding,. When i was admitted, they took care of my all the way. The rooms were a big small( it was a old wing of the hospital) i didnt have any space to walk around. The Nurses aides were as sweet as pie. Even housekeeping. This is best experience i have encountered. Kiddos Kennedy Health!

Meghan the RN and Kevin the tech. in the ER were absolute angels Sunday night. My son was very sick and I was scared to death for him. They were so comforting, calming and supportive to me and my son, if it was not for there kindness and caring ways I don’t think I could of emotionally kept it together to be calm and help my son. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you will truely never know how much you helped me to help my son. The drs also went above and beyond to help him by admitting him so he could have the proper test done and not just letting us go home. Thank you all!!

Since the inception of Jefferson at JFK I have been here twice: once in ER for 6 hrs or so because it turned out I had to be admitted. Second time most recently I had to go on order of my orthopedic doctor to rule out a blood clot. Every single person from registration to doctors to nurses to housekeeping and food service (and radiology technicians) were just awesome. What a vastly different experience from Virtua - where I'll NEVER go again! Great work in putting the care in healthcare!
