(October 8, 2018, 4:45 pm)Once you try it, the chances are you will never want to go back to your "normal" gym. Good community, great facility, awesome coaches and staff. On the top of all this, the gym offers a unique (truly!) selection of classes: Crossfit, olympic weight lifting, yoga, cycling, the Run Club, etc..... and of course Torch! Torch is a weightlifting/fitness program developed by the Head Coach Matt. It is quite popular among the Crossfitters: not as crazy as Crossfit but still kicks your butt! I've been the member since the opening and I am pretty sure I'm gonna stick around... like indefinitely.

(June 26, 2018, 10:54 am)Such an amazing place with amazing coaches and teachers. I haven't been back to my regular gym since I started coming here. I can Crossfit, Spin, practice yoga, and so much more all under the same roof. If you're thinking about checking True Fitness out, DO IT, you won't regret it.
