  AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Everything about this men’s warehouse is exceptional. I went in to get fitted for a suit for my best friends wedding. This is the first time I’m wearing a suit in years so I have no idea what I am doing. I was greeted immediately and the gentleman offered his assistance. He took his time showing me different options and explaining different features to me. He took his time taking all my measurements and asking my opinion to make sure I was going to have the best fit. After my rental was complete I realized I got a bunch of wrong stuff. My friend went in and fixed everything and they also made that easy.
  When I went back in to pick up my rental, everything fit perfectly. The gentleman put everything back as it should be and I was good to go. At checkout the new stuff was cheaper than what I originally got and they gave me the difference back onto my card. Annalisa, who I am assuming is a manager or supervisor, made the pick up and refund experience so easy. She explained exactly what she was doing and made it more difficult on her part so my card didn’t get charged twice. She was super friendly and double checked my bag to make sure I got everything.
  The whole staff here was incredible and I felt like they were all trying to make me happy instead of trying to make a sale which is super in this line of work.
  Thank you to the entire team at this location for making me experience super easy. I will definitely be back for my next event!!

  My fiance and I went in to this location to set up our rental group and pick out tuxedos for our wedding. We worked with Annalisa who is AMAZING. She helped us get everything picked out, she made color coordination recommendations, she was incredibly personable and very welcoming. We did not expect much from that one appointment but Annalisa exceeded all expectations. We are so glad to be working with her for our wedding and we were thoroughly impressed with the customer service and attitudes of all staff in the store that morning. I'd recommend this location to anyone.

  I rented a tux for a wedding from the willow grove store, when I went to try it on the jacket was the completely wrong size, I asked them to please have it sent to the cherry hill store for me to pick up, I made sure to ask several times. The next day when I went to the cherry hill store to get the jacket, but it was not sent there like I had asked several times. The Manager Annalisa from the Cherry Hill store was amazing she drove over an hour in rush hour traffic to get my jacket so that could attend the rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner. She is amazing, give that woman a raise!!! I have nothing but great things to say about her and her commitment to professionalism.

  Our go to place for suits, tuxedos, rentals etc
  Almost always a sale going on so do ask and now they do custom suits for those that want more options. I even had an evening blazer tailored there --didn't even bat an eyelash that a woman wanted alterations --they were SO much cheaper than having it done at a women's store
