Went to their location for the first time outta the 3rd windshield replaced by them in my work van. Everyone was very friendly and I decided to wait for the windshield to be done. They had a restroom and also bottle water and/or coffee if you wanted. There was a huge bowl of candies that I was happy to take a few of them while I waited.
I work lots of hours 7 days a week and said that I'd probably pass out while waiting for them to install the new windshield and I did too, no one bothered me at all and have a big screen tv for ppl who choose to wait too.
The last tech who came to the location were I was working applied so much glue that when the lady said it should take a hour to a hour and a half I totally thought that it'd take a hour and a half or more. As I opened my eyes hearing my diesel engine started up I looked up directly at the clock in front of me and it was exactly an hour from the moment I walked into the door.
Literally the only thing that wasn't exactly what I asked for or was told to me was originally my office ordered new wipers to and as I went over the appointment scheduled for us by my office I explained that I just put on brand new wipers and that we didn't need them. So the day of the appointment my office went into the estimate for us and took off the wipers and then called too just to be sure and respectful with somewhat proper notice. So they were fine with that and again I mentioned that when showing up and dropping the van off but when the tech finishes up they do the payment and Unfortunately They Didn't Update The Tech's Invoice So They Installed The New Wipers. So when I was given the amount due of course it was more than I expected to spend so when I questioned the price amount and showed my quote and invoice Update he said that his invoice wasn't updated and being that I felt bad for him I said that I'd keep the wipers and just wanted the other ones that were on my van since I literally had just bought them a week ago. The tech knowing that we did update our invoice and also called to be polite and sure we wouldn't be charged gave us a discount of $10 for the mistake. Honestly I'd liked of had half off so we both take the mistake equally which would have been another $5 bucks off. Other than that I was really happy with everything and as the 3rd windshield replaced by them would continue to use them for all of our vehicles glass window replacement.

Got a pebble taken out of my windshield here. Cost like a 130$. Windshield still looks good but eventually will go, the people were kind. Have no complaints about it.

Phenomenal service performed and the staff is very knowledgeable. Thank goodness they informed me that my insurance company could and would handle the service, free of charge to me. Respect well earned

On time with the appointment. Finished in under an hour. Can get a 25 off coupon through Costco. Second time I have come to this spot and am satisfied.
