  Jay is a very trustworthy & very Honest Mechanic ( Bro & Friend) he's like family, you can always count on him. When I bought my car in 1994 I've been going to him since and the year is ???? 2017 my car is still running because of him, he is a true Mechanic that fell from Heaven. He will always have respect from me, and if you take your troubled vehicle to him I'm sure you will feel the same as I do. Thanks Jay & L. for all you do.

  We have been going to Jay at West Chapel Auto for almost 15 years. If you want a mechanic who is honest, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get your car back as soon as possible, call Jay! We echo another reviewer- he is like family, and is always looking out for us.

  For the umpteenth time, I was disgusted with the poor service and constant costs with taking my car to the auto dealer's service department. They charged top dollar for each lame attempt and didn't fix the issue. They don't really listen to you, they don't "hear" you, plus they give you wrong information on a regular basis. Luckily I picked West Chapel Auto out of the yellow pages, and ever since have had great service with a big genuine smile. If there's an issue that is difficult to resolve, Jay eventually finds the resolution, never gives up, and doesn't give you a bunch of bull. If you are reading this, believe me, give Jay an opportunity to work on your car, and you will be happy to have an honest, hard-working, person that you can trust, and will also share a few laughs with you.
