  I have been an Avalon client for years - their selection, service and quality keeps us coming back for tile, hardwood and carpet. Recently we worked with Bill Twisler who was more than helpful and patient as he helped us build a vision for a family room remodel. He was thoughtful of our budget and helped us pick the perfect materials for our room. While it’s certainly not part of his job, he also helped us keep our son engaged with their newest Smart window shade technology that is paired with Alexa while we spent time considering our options. It was that level of service that will keep us coming back time and again.

  I Purchased material from Avalon Flooring for my bathrooms the second time in two years, I was assisted in putting together the materials needed for my project by Emile Johnson who did an excellent job helping in putting it all together. He was excellent with pricing and staying within my budget. I will definitely request Emile to assist me in my future projects.

  Gorgeous store, great selection. Pricing available for all budgets. Worked with Chris Willits who went above and beyond to help me expedite my spur of the moment, bathroom redo on a very short timeline. Helped me find product that was in stock, or quickly available that matched my budget. Also had good taste in helping me pick things out when I was incisive! Will definitely go back to see him/them for my next Reno.

  Purchased shower and floor tiles from Avalon Flooring Cherry Hill Store, for 2 bathrooms. Worked with Janet Bruno, who has great decorating skills. She helped me pick coordinating tiles. Both bathrooms look fantastic, getting a lot of great compliments from family and friends.
  Today, I once again availed myself of Janet’s expertise. I’m now doing kitchen & foyer floors. Wanted to use the same flooring I got 3 years ago from them, but it has been discontinued. But all was not lost as Janet helped me pick out a complimentary flooring that will go perfectly. Thank you Janet for all your wealth of knowledge.

  Even though I'm not near Cherry Hill, I'll still always work with Amy O. She knows the best options (without being overbearing) and can make an overwhelming process simple. We bought a new hardwood floor for our 1800s house, and it perfectly matches the style of the house; not looking out of place or modern. We also procured our tile for redoing a 1927 bathroom in its original style (with modern conveniences). The process of ordering and getting the tile transferred to our location was a snap. Hooray for Amy!
