  Mike at Just tires got me in and out 1 hour before close on Sunday and his team gave phenomenal service. These guys are the real deal and you can 100% trust them with your vehicle!

  My wife got new tires for her car and got the Road Hazard protection for them. Well, last night she got a flat and the tire had to be replaced. The manager, Michael, provided excellent service and processed the claim promptly. There was previous issue earlier in the year with the tire balancing that was corrected at another place and upon mentioning this in passing, he asked us to bring in the service sheet from that place and refunded us the money for the other place correcting the issue. We weren't looking for a refund or any action, that was already a fixed issue, but Michael took it upon himself to look into it and remedy the situation. Honestly, we were impressed by this high level of customer service. He thanked us for letting him know about the situation and that it will help improve future service. Obviously him as a manager and Just Tires , as a business, care about integrity, reputation and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tire and auto service.

  The manager is a gem! My truck began making this weird noise from the wheel area and had an odor that told me “STOP! YOU ARE ABOUT TO HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM “.
  
  I’m not a person that entrusts my vehicle to any random company I encounter. Based on my location and fear of an accident Just Tires was my best bet. They have always provided quick service and pleasant personalities.
  
  The manager took his time and explained EVERYTHING, he was funny, very knowledgeable and caring. My vehicle needed to stay over night, the brake system parts I had done less than a month prior were defective. The manager took his time tracked my warranty information, called and spoke to the parts manager where the defective parts were purchased and handled everything needed to get me straightened out.
  
  My cost ended up being slightly over $1k but it was so well spent. He applied every discount available to me. He took the extra time and I appreciated it immensely. The level of customer service provided was EXCEPTIONAL.
  
  Knowing that had I driven any further my daughter and I could have suffered injury or death is very sobering. JUST TIRES was in the right location with an unexpected angel on duty.
  
  I highly recommend this particular location.
