(November 3, 2018, 1:45 pm)Made a visit here for the first time today. I never went to an urgent care before, but the experience was exactly how I expected. I was checked in right away, didn't wait very long and was seen within 20 minutes. The staff and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The waiting room wasn't very busy (about 5 people including myself), so I can't speak for a busy waiting room, but it was very spacious and very clean. It's just like visiting a doctor's office or an ER, but in my opinion it's better. Thank you MedExpress for taking care of me and getting me the prescription I need!!

(October 16, 2018, 10:34 pm)As always a positive experience. I have been to this location 3 times and ever single time I was more than satisfied. The staff is always so pleasant and professional. I find these negative reviews hard to believe. What I like about this location, besides the kind staff, is that the doctors actually listen to you. I have been to a Cooper urgent care and it was a nightmare. This will be my goto urgent Care from here on out. I can't stress enough how amazing the entire staff is. ❤

(June 26, 2018, 8:50 am)The staff went above and beyond for me ! I went there with a torn muscle they brought me back in for a follow up because they didn’t like the symptoms i had. I needed x rays but had my kids with me . They made a coloring station for them made them feel at home. The staff was the best I’ve seen in a long time.

(June 14, 2018, 4:41 am)I went there on a Sunday. Had minimal wait and got to see a friendly, caring doctor. She didn't seem to have much experience and after diagnosing me, she went out for a few minutes. When she came back, she said she had discussed my situation with her colleague and changed my diagnosis. This second one ended up being correct.
My insurance made a mistake with the billing so MedExpress charged my credit card for the full amount. Eventually my insurance paid the bill and without me doing anything, MedExpress sent me a check for the difference.
All in all, it was a great experience. In and out in about an hour. Can't complain.
