  We recently bought our first home with BK Realty. We worked with both Ed and Michele on different ends of the process and while that may seem odd to traditional people, their skillsets compliment each other perfectly for different legs of the process.
  
  Ed took us and showed us homes - he was an excellent resource as he dabbles in flipping and is able to give you a better perspective on your home. I happen to have a slight construction background and I found it nice to have an extra set of eyes to help me look for major flaws and stuff that would crush us by breaking right away. He put our offer in exactly how we wanted it and walked it.. even in a market dominated by bank foreclosures. He was grounded and realistic and I feel as though he is able to get you the best possible offer you can get in most situations.
  
  Michele was the master of getting us in once we were contracted. We had C/O issues and she was able to avoid a very bad situation for us. A lot of agents don't have a knowledge of code and situation to be able to finagle a temporary C/O in Haddon Township (They don't allow them). When we sat down to close, everything was good to go.. she even saved us money by double checking something on our paperwork and noticing that I was ready to pay for it twice.

  Ed Barski and Michele Katinsky (The BK Team) came highly recommended and it is very easy to see why. They are two of the most professional, friendly, honest, accommodating and personable people I have ever worked with. When my wife and i began searching to buy our first home we felt overwhelmed with where to start. We were fortunate enough to be referred to the BK Team early in our search and the process of finding our perfect home was fun, informative and an absolute success. We primarily worked with Michele and she was an amazing resource for local knowledge, relevant advice and encouragement. We never felt pressured and we never felt that our needs weren't top priority. The BK Team was founded by (in our biased opinion) two of the very best Agents in the area and though we have absolutely no intentions of selling our new home, we know who we'd call if we did.

  Ed and Michelle at Barski-Katinsky Real Estate are exceptional realtors and genuinely kind!. They are knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods,and older homes. They are great negotiators and hard working. They make the home-buying process easy (dare I say).
  
  After the sale, they STILL take care of you! I highly recommend them and am so happy I purchased my home through them.
