  I really don't understand all the negative reviews... Ursula & her staff are definitely picky with who they allow to take their birds home, they aren't just in it for the money; they care about their birds and absolutely want them to live healthy, happy lives. Which I think is fantastic & how it should be!
  These birds are raised well, treated with kindness and love, and have the cleanest cages around. She handles them often so that they're more sociable. I've been going to visit for years and recently bought a green cheek conure. I got lots of advice and guidance and any questions I have, I know I can reach out and I'll get help. Their grooming service is great too, and reasonably priced. They also get their birds from reputable breeders which is important. I will absolutely be a customer for life as my flock grows!

  The owners are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ursula loves and cares for these birds like no other shop owner I've ever seen. My ekkie is 7 months now was hand reared my her and is the sweetest loving bird we've ever had! And everyone was very patient with my kids during the whole finding the right bird process and helped us find our bird and everything hes ever needed.

  Been going here for years now, and I can honestly say I've never been to another store that cares quite as much about their birds as Ursula and her staff do. You can tell that the birds are all in good health and well-cared for. The staff always prioritizes the birds first, and are extremely knowledgeable. The cages are immaculately clean, and there's a great variety of toys and foods to choose from. Joyce always does an excellent job with grooming, too!
