Well mannered nurses and doctors...always got quick respond for calls and in person appointments
I've been taking my daughter here for 16 years, even before it was Advocare. The DelGiorno's are a very caring family. I have rarely had a long wait there, and they always see you the same day when your child is sick. I have never had a doctor I could complain about. They are all outstanding. I really used to love Dr. Mann, but she moved to Vermont years ago. I think the bigger office with more providers has improved their hours; they have extended and weekend hours now, which is great.
I am thrilled by the quality of service and treatment from this office and group of doctors. The receptionists are always friendly. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. My visits are quick, but sufficient. I have called on a few occasions for a sick appointment and got one for that very day each time. The doctors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have not had any issues regarding any matter. I highly recommend! The poor reviews are years old.. the recent ones are accurate.
