I've been with this practice for over 4 years after my old pediatrician switched things around and would no longer accept my insurance in their practice. I was heart broken since they were amazing as well and voted #1. I am very picky when it comes to Drs. Especially when it comes to my babies. I had to "shop" around for new Drs. And I just wasn't happy and finally my prayers were answered when my friend recommended me to go to Dr. Kaus. I actually LOVE her more than the Dr. I was with originally. She takes great pride in her practice and loves her job! She cares so much about her patients. My kids LOVE LOVE LOVE her! I never have to wait over 5 min im the waiting room when we visit... her office never over books and she is very strict on being on time (with a 15 min window on being late) witch I love because she doesn't want her next visits to wait just because someone wants to be super late. I have four children, who absolutely adore Dr. Kaus. They call her Dr. Seuss for fun. Her office is bright, colorful and welcoming. Her staff is knowledgeable and humble. I can talk to all of them openly about anything. She talks to my kids like they're important, and deserve to be spoken to. I have never had a problem getting them in for a necessary visit. And, Dr. Kaus has ALWAYS answered her emergency after hours line. I've had to use it many times in the past. I recommend this pediatrician to everyone.
No mater how far I go i will always come to Pinelands Pediatrics ! They are so good with children, when ever my daughter has a problem they always have time to talk to me for solutions or will schedule me without a problem. I've never known for a doctor to pick up your calls over the weekend , and the doc at Pinelands pediatrics does ! And will talk to you for however long it takes. EVERYONE from the doctor to the receptionist are great. My daughter loves going to her appointments the environment is so kid friendly from the toys to the drawings on the wall. I've gone to so many pediatric offices and they are NOTHING TO compare to here. ! Thanks for being a great team & making my daughters feel at home.
