(July 2, 2021, 10:54 am)These folks are so helpful. They went above and beyond to help me, even when there was nothing in it for them.
My Google phone stopped taking a charge, so I brought it in to this local store to see how to get it fixed. In the end I had to send the phone to Google: a process that would take 10 days. I really need my phone, so I was distressed about what to do. These folks rummaged around and found a phone they could loan me for 10 days! There was no new sale in it for them. They just took care of me. Can't say how much that loner saved me.
This is an authorized retailer: not the cellphone company's own store. I don't know that I'd get such good customer service at an actual cellphone company store. (Just my opinion.) -

Ask for Drew, he goes out of his way to help you out. Dealing with new phones and phone issues is never fun but it always seems to go easier at this location.

He assisted me in selecting as well as setting up my new phone. With the information Drew shared with me, I was able to make a sound decision and select the Samsung s21. Drew is a total class act in salesmanship. Whatever you pay him, it isn't enough.
