  I bought a phone from a sales person named JP. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The next morning I came back with a question and had an awful experience with Mark who was rude and ignored me while he paid attention only to the young man he was sitting and laughing with. He talked down to me and was very nasty and I will never deal with him again I also found out he had lied in the message I had left for my sales person. I can’t stress enough how different these two experiences were. Props to JP for his patience and professionalism.

  Recently came in to this store to pay my bill and your employee Matthew assisted me. I've been to many stores and usually its unpleasant. Matthew helped me lower my bill and add on to my plan. Will be coming back and requesting this young man!! Very professional and nice.

  Found out today This Verizon was under new Management. Thank goodness! JP the store Manager and Hursh I hope I got his name right, well anyways I came in cuz my phone was freezing they sat with me, explained why my phone was acting up! Wasn’t pushy didn’t try to sell me on anything right from the jump, I did end up getting a hum+ for my daughter , HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

  The new management makes a HUGE difference. More informative and knowledgeable, overall better shopping experience. Would highly recommend!

  Haven't been to this store in a while, but I needed to pay my bill, and it seems that they hired some new people in that store. About time!! The service was great and the people there were really friendly, I didn't go here before, but I'll always come here now!
