  If you have a European Vehicle and want meticulous service without all that dealership expense/guilt/fluff, this is your mechanics. Desi Auto Care has been servicing my wife's Land Rover LR4 flawlessly and without access pomp and circumstances now for few years. Thinking about getting a used Land Rover-Discovery for myself, now that I have reliable service.

  They take care of our Saab 9- 3 and Porsche Boxster. I cannot recommend them enough. Day before Thanksgiving my Porsche alternator died just hours before a big family trip. Despite their already packed schedule, Chris got it in on very short notice, replaced the unit and we made it to our destination (West Virginia) on time. Happy Thanksgiving! to all of you.

  We've taken our Imported Cars (Mini Cooper and Volkswagen) to Desi for many years and have always been satisfied. Shaun is very understanding of confused customers and will not pressure you to have work done that could wait a while. he even did a "Engine warning sign" check of a friend's BMW as they were passing through NJ for free - Told them they would make it home in Boston just fine and can have the work done in Boston. He is why our Mini Cooper hardtop is still driving like when I bought it at $55,000 miles. Highly recommended + he offers 2 years warranty on all jobs.

  My MINI Cooper-Roadster can't shift into any gear, doesn't matter if engine is running or not, It's a 2012 model and I did not drive for 9 months. Brought it to Shawn, he try pumping the clutch rapidly few times then try to shift and he started his diagnostics in details. Job was done within two days, also I give him a job to replace driver side axle too. He genuinely wants to get you back on the road safe and smiling. Start to finish-POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!

  Two visits and I have left paying "ZERO" dollars!
  (1) Last month transmission shop quoted me $1140 to replace a transmission pan on my BMW 5 series. I thought I needed to get another opinion, so I drove to Desi Auto Care. Never has an auto repair shop ask me to step back in the garage to take a look at what they were doing. Shawn said there is nothing wrong with this transmission pan. He pointed out a few scratches and said he would let his daughter drive it like that. I was so happy! Wow! NO charge! walking away from a BMW repair shop and it didn't cost me $1000??
  
  (2) This week-end BMW started beeping with a warning sign-HIGH OIL PRESSURE. It warned that I should not drive the car. I took my chances driving the car to Shawn, he checked it for 45 minutes and said he couldn't find anything wrong with it. He adjusted the oil level and sent me home - NO change! I'm thrilled with the honest service that I have received at this fine establishment.
