(December 17, 2019, 7:57 pm)I had a problem with my older phone and I went to the Verizon store in Cooper Plaza in Voorhees. From the minute I walked in the door I could tell the employees there cared about their work but more importantly their customers. In fact after a short conversation with Steve he explained what was wrong with my phone (it was old) and said a new phone would solve my problem. He gave me his business card and wrote his cell number on the back in case I had questions while I was deciding what to do. When I came back over an hour later to get my new phone Mario waited on me and he could not have been nicer. He knew I wasn't completely comfortable with some of the apps on my new phone and he spent time explaining them and helping me with ALL of my questions. If I could I would give the staff of this store 10 stars. If you go there for your Verizon help or new phone you won't be sorry. They are AWESOME
(November 15, 2019, 7:46 am)We needed a new fios remote that the dog chewed up. Walked in and service was good, clean and inviting. The person helping us was good and professional.
