Employees are amazing. Very nice and friendly. All worries go right out the window when getting work done there. Will definitely go back if I ever need oral surgery again.
After being referred to an oral surgeon that I was not pleased with, I found Optimum Oral who had excellent reviews. I made an appointment for a consult and was quickly assured I was in good hands. My consult appointment was Thursday and my wisdom tooth extraction procedure was made for the very next day, Friday. The entire office staff was pleasant and both Doctors were comforting in their own way. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to never receiving a follow up phone call after my procedure like other patients seemed to have received. Other than that, I was very pleased with the entire process!
I called optimum after the place my dentist referred me too was booked far out. I needed my molar extracted as the pain from a broken tooth was getting unbearable. After a quick phone call they agreed to bring me in the very next morning. They numbed me up and the entire time Erika was very nice to talk to. The surgeon was quick and painless with his work and I didn't feel a thing. I appreciate their expertise and will definitely come back for work in the future. If you are unsure of where to go for dental work, optimum is definitely one to consider!
Very down to earth and flexible group. They were able to get me in for an emergency and took care of it quickly and had my out of pain quickly. They explained everything they were doing, and gave me tips to help for the future. Would highly recommend.
Docs and staff were very professional and friendly, they make you feel relaxed by using humor which was awesome! Most importantly painless, i had my wisdom tooth extracted last June and had little to no pain afterwards. Love this office and will definitely recommend them. You guys are awesome! -B-
