  My initial delivery experience was just terrible. At the old location, they were going through a lot of personal changes at the time, so my trailer wasn't prepped, even though they had arranged the pick up date.. Even afterward, i would speak to the new service manager each month. This was last year. Then they moved to the current location.
  This year, I met Jim Ward, the service manager. He sympathetically took the list of unfinished items (big list) from my new trailer delivery in 2017.
  When i got my trailer back all of my concerns had been addressed and fixed, and he worked with me to make up for the poor delivery experience on some add-ons. After our first camping excursion i discovered my water heater was leaking and the weather striping on the slider had detached again. Rather than making me come back, (a 2 day event) he sent me a check for the full cost of the repair having it done by a certified mobile mechanic in the area. I feel like the service here has made a turn to the good. You get a A+ for customer service and exceeding my expectations!
