First time work out here, Rob Jones and Focus Fitness were absolutely incredible. Professional work out, Taylor to my needs and concerns. Music was awesome. The class was very effective, not overcrowded, and an overall great workout experience. Very unique exercises for the 40 and over crowd to protect joints and injuries. Rob Jones seems to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of Fitness and Nutrition. Highly recommended. I will be back

I'm a senior. People are friendly. Classes are excellent. I wish that the ceiling upstairs would be finished as skylights were removed but no ceiling was replaced. You see the plywood under the roof shingles. Otherwise it would be a pretty space as it has nice hardwood flooring.
