  Our house needed stucco repair on all of the trim and quoined corners, Fine Line Masonry was the only company who would match the color. Others wanted to slap on orange stucco and tell us to get it repainted. The Fine Line Team were professional, excellent workmanship, and cleaned up after each day. Mike was fantastic and communicated with us during the entire process.

  My wife and I interviewed a number of stucco contractors before we began the stucco replacement project on our house. Some of the representatives that we spoke to said, "We'll send you an estimate," - but then never did. Other companies sent us an estimate without ever having come out and assessed our home in person. Fine Line Masonry was our choice for the job due to these factors:
  
  1) Promptness. Michael Monte showed up on time and came prepared ready to go over the construction process. His price estimate was competitive, reasonable, prompt and detailed also.
  
  2) Communication. Michael took the time to explain to us the different steps involved in the stucco replacement process and did so in terms that we could understand. A previous stucco contractor we interviewed constantly used industry jargon: "X-and-X percentage of such-and-such including polypropylene and dioxyhydromethanine..." - ultimately meaningless to us as homeowners and perhaps indicative of a "salesman" pitch; it made us uneasy. We appreciated the way Fine Line spoke to us in a clear, understandable fashion.
  
  3) Size. We liked how Fine Line was a company that DIDN'T have other projects going on here, there and all over God's creation. One of the reasons (we suspect) that we had trouble with our home in the first place was the original builder (now bankrupt) had too many houses being built at the same time and wasn't able to monitor for quality control. We came to find that our home didn't even have any of the windows flashed from the initial build!
  
  Our conversations with Michael let us know that our home was going to be attended to carefully and that the work was going to be done in a meticulous and proper fashion. We felt confident that the water problems we were experiencing were going to be solved.
  
  The work now being completed, my wife and I love the way our home looks! We also have peace of mind knowing that when it rains, the stucco surface is doing its job and handling the elements the way it was designed to.
  
  Altogether, we are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Fine Line Masonry to homeowners looking to have stucco replacement for their home. If you are looking for a detail-oriented approach to solving your stucco issues, I believe Fine Line will suit you nicely.

  Fine Line Masonry just completed repairing the stucco foundation damaged by Hurricane Sandy at our shore house in Brigantine, NJ. This is a very professional company and Michael was very helpful in complying with the insurance company's requirements regarding the details on the contract. During the repair process care was taken to protect the shrubs and surrounding area. We are very pleased with the job and the clean up. Nothing was rushed just to get the job done. When the workers left, you would never know that they were here. That was remarkable having seen all the broken concrete they had to remove to do the repair. We would highly recommend this contractor.

  "I don’t usually provide endorsements – most contractors don’t live up to the expectations they create. Mike and Fine Line Masonry are different. Mike and his team not only delivered on what was agreed-to, they did it while making me, the homeowner, completely comfortable. Even though my home presented new and unexpected challenges, Mike and his team managed through them all – with clear communication, expertise and utmost respect for the homeowner.
