Bought a washer/dryer from his family member Steve (NOT AFFILIATED WITH CHUCK'S USED APPLIANCES), who was a complete nightmare. After multiple attempts to contact him in regards to my year warranty, he kept giving me the run around. After doing some digging, I found Chuck's Used Appliances and called them to see if they were affiliated with Steve. Chuck explained that they were not affiliated and even offered to help me fix my washer and dryer out of the kindness of his heart. GREAT customer service and great guy. Goes above and beyond!! P.S. I am assuming all of the negative reviews are about Steve and not Chuck!!! IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!”
