“The staff is very nice . They also have a decent sized parking lot . In terms of the ice cream, the hard ice cream flavors were phenomenal - they had this one where they took tasty cakes (a favorite childhood snack of mine) and incorporated it into vanilla ice cream . Their Cookie Monster flavor is also delicious . I initially really love their soft serves considering the variety of flavors (red velvet, peanut butter, brownie, salted caramel, and I could go on) but I didn’t understand why it would take so long to get it to me. I then realized they actually make the soft serve (pretty cool !!) out of syrup there but it also lends it to lack a strong flavor - but I think that is to be expected which is why I would definitely come back for some more soft serve .”

“Staff and maintenance are all very polite and professional. Visited at night property has very well lighting i feel very safe. I love the up keep of the property can't wait not to mention close to shopping everything is nearby a ShopRite, the post office, fast food, banks, etc thus what I need.....Ummmmm Sad to say after living here 9 months later that I would not renew my lease ???? and my 5 star review went to 1 star. I moved in during warm months and when temperatures dropped I found that my thermostat and heat was not working and my heat was put on bypass by maintenance for 3 months which skyrocketed my utility bill but still my heat didn't work, which I had to use my oven a very dangerous method to heat the spacious apt. "BEWARE" I was told that water bill is capped at $45 per month total lie! They even started charging separately for gas after I moved in and doubled up the billing because they missed a bill cycle. You are sucked in by the low cost of rent but trust me you will pay for it in utility charges! Managenent have nerve to mail your water, gas, sewer, and garbage disposal bill in the mail separately but add it to your monthly rent due each month, not to mention you are billed separate for electricity sad Atlantic City Electric has no competition and electruc bill's run about $200 a month. Now I understand why it was so many vacant apts and why so many tenants moved out before their lease was up. A total nightmare.”
