“Bought a used vacall unit from VSI. We got the unit back and found several things wrong with the truck. Called Jim and within 36 hrs we had all the parts we requested in or shop ready to go. Bill in parts got me everything we need with no questions asked. Just recently had an issue with the control panel and again they sent me three different very expensive parts no questions asked some from them and direct ship from Vacall. I have never dealt with a company that has been so helpful and responsive. I would recommend anyone to buy a truck from these guys. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
