“After months of empty promises, failed attempts and no shows from my previous roofer, I called Warner Brothers. Starting with the initial phone conversation I could tell this was a first class, professional operation. A date and time were set for Shaun to come out to look at my problem area. Precisely at the appointed time, Shaun was ringing my doorbell. He performed the assessment, scoped and priced the job and promised a written proposal via email the next day. Yep, got it right on time. I authorized the work and a date was set. About a week earlier than the set date, Shaun stopped at the house and asked if he could do the job earlier. Off to the races. They showed up, did the work in less than a day, left the work area clean and as the work progressed, they snapped pictures (provided via email with the invoice). After fighting this leak (and significant internal damage) for 9 months, Warner Brothers fixed the issue in one day. Overall, fair pricing, ultra-responsive service and first class work. Obviously, I provide an unconditional recommendation.”
