(January 27, 2019, 7:56 pm)My first trip here, I had an absolutely amazing room, but my ocean view was obstructed by the pool and building across the street. This time, my room was much smaller, whoch was a disappointment, but I could see the ocean out of almost every window. The staff did try to accommodate me with a different room, since the room was so much smaller than the one I had last visit, but that particular layout/size wasn't available. He definitely, graciously went above and beyond to try to meet my expectations of my previous visit, and was very friendly! I will definitely stay here again and enjoyed my stay both times!

(January 20, 2019, 3:19 pm)My fiancee and I rented a 1 BR suite for one night in January. The suite was IMPECCABLY clean...and I am a stickler; I'm the one who looks in the corners and everything was spotless! The thermostat was set at a warm, comfortable temperature and the ice maker was making fresh ice - the room had obviously been prepared for our arrival. Looks like the unit was recently renovated - quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, etc. The furniture was comfy and, as you might imagine, beach-y in style. The balcony was very nice with a view of the water and 2 really nice rocking chairs. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back in-season! We did not check out any of the property's amenities so I can't speak to the gym or game room, etc. The check-in desk/lobby could use some updating - I don't think it properly represents the offering.

(September 24, 2018, 5:44 pm)Stayed in a two bedroom unit for only one night. The unit was clean and comfortable. But lost power in one bathroom, two windows did open and one set of blinds were inoperative. The corporate owned property can do better.
