  Carol assisted us in finding and purchasing a vacation home in the Cape May area. She assisted us in refining our selection requirements, and lined-up viewings of several homes which met our requirements. Since we are from outside the area, all communication was via phone and email until we visited Cape May to view the listings she presented. We narrowed a 2 page list down to 4 properties which Carol showed.
  She was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods where the homes were located, and frankly discussed pros and cons of each property with us. Her explanation and reasoning were clearly presented and honest.
  When we were ready to place an offer, Carol’s experience in communicating our offer to the seller’s realtor (and her client) and negotiating the sale were invaluable. The sale frankly would not have happened without Carol’s involvement.
  Carol’s experience and familiarity with the local area has allowed her to assemble a team of loan providers, inspectors, and local tradesmen who are the tops in their fields. Each member of her team is a subject matter expert, and is friendly and courteous. They also made themselves available days, nights, and weekends to meet our needs and get the deal done.

  Carol is a fabulous agent with tremendous experience in the Cape May market. She helped us through a quick 30 day close process and through the various inspections. Carol and her staff also helped in getting rid of some furniture that we couldn't move by donating it to a local church for a needy family. Many thanks go to the Coastline staff.

  My wife and I recently bought a new house and subsequently sold our previous house.
  
  We cannot say enough good things about Ami Menz and Coastline Realty. She is a real professional and works very hard to make things happen.
  
  After spending some time with us, she knew exactly what type of house we were looking to buy and what types of houses were not for us. She took the time and energy to know us and understand our needs and desires. In a relatively short time she found and helped us buy the house we have been looking for all of our life. She offered excellent advice and gave us insights on the property we could not have discovered otherwise.
  
  As for selling our existing home, she instructed us to make some minor changes, suggested a price and within three weeks the home was sold to qualified buyers. As with all sales there was some negotiation back and forth and she always keep it professional and made sure we got the right advice through the entire process. It is also obvious to us that she surrounds herself with a strong team, so there is never a lull in the process.
  
  I have recommended Ami to friends as well and they are equally pleased and impressed with all that she has done for them. I cannot think of a better real estate experience I have ever had.

  Ami is a true professional. She sold my existing home with three weeks of us signing the contract and helped me find a new home and negotiate with the builder. She always kept us well informed of latest updates. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home or buying a home. She know how to get the job done efficiently and smoothly!
