  After a 4 month long process Liz has resolved all my issues that I was having with Service. Apparently smart phones can lead to a lack of communication. After a few days of phone tag the Dealership stood up to the warranty claims. Also they worked out a great comprise on the work I had to perform myself. I'd like to thank Bob Joel for his sales knowledge and Liz for working my service problems out.

  Driftwood RV is A+! The service department is extremely professional. Anytime I go in with a question or concern they are helpful and willing to take the time to help me find a solution to my problem. If the part is not on the shelf they will order it and have in with in a few days max!

  This place is awesome. The staff is amazing. They are kind courteous and very knowledgeable. I Needed to order an awning for my modular home and they were very helpful and it arrived when they said it would. I am very much enjoying the outdoors with my new awning. And the RV selection is amazing. That will be my next purchase and i will definitely purchase it from Driftwwood.

  We recently upgraded our RV through Driftwood. When we walked in we were greeted by Hal who proceeded to sell us our brand new 2019 Rockwood. We love it. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. We would highly recommend Driftwood RV to beginner and seasoned veterans of the RV community.   From beginning to end this process could not have been easier. Ken the salesman was very prompt, professional and polite when we were working with him. The online inventory was very helpful in assisting us with picking which models we were interested in coming to see narrowing down the choices prior to arriving from out of state. Ken was very well educated on the park models we were looking at and was accessible at all times to answer any questions my family and I had. Trading in our travel trailer for a park model could not have been a better experience. There was no hassle and they even accommodated us with setting up the removal and reattatchment of our current deck. Craig is also a great asset to the company. He was very easy to work with when we finalized our purchase yesterday. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase or to add additional options which were offered. We’re very excited as we await the delivery of our park model onto our current site! Thanks again to the crew of Driftwood RV Center! Would highly recommend. Hopefully the rest of the process goes as seamless as the purchase.
