(August 12, 2018, 8:26 pm)On vacation from North Carolina. Dropped in for striking class. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Could tell from the beginning they are passionate about the arts. Had two great classes with Ryan. Worked footwork, boxing and core exercises to finish. Looking forward to incorporating footwork exercises into workouts in NC. Thanks again to Ryan and Kelsy for allowing me to drop in for class!

(September 26, 2017, 9:31 am)Mr Wise is a great teacher! My daughter takes three, one hour classes a week and is always looking forward to her next class. He allows the parents to stay and watch, I think I enjoy watching her as much as she enjoys the class! Classes are extremely affordable and he offers many different classes for all ages and levels of experience.

(October 2, 2016, 12:02 am)I'll start off by saying I've never had any martial art experience so I wasn't sure what to expect when I dropped in for Muay Thai the other day... Well, it turned out pretty awesome!
Nate is the man! He knows what he's talking about and his dedication to the art is rather contagious. You're getting a good workout while learning proper fighting techniques. Needless to say, they got themselves a regular!
I must say, this place is quite the find: great vibe, cool people, great location and nice funky music playing in the background while you're hitting those crunches :) -
