    The staff at Avalon Honda were all courteous and helpful. Courtney was pleasant and professional when checking me in and out at the Service desk. Ross, in Service, took the time to answer my questions I had regarding my visit. An overall good experience for my first visit to this dealership.

    All of the staff was very helpful in every aspect of our car purchase. Every part of the purchase was handled in a very professional manner. Susan, the sales agent, carefully explained all aspects of the vehicle and after purchase carefully walked us through vehicle operation. Mike, the business manager, also carefully and professionally explained all the aspects of the closing paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership.

    Love my new 2018 Honda Pilot from Avalon Honda! Just got home from driving for an hour. My ride was smooth and I felt safe knowing my Honda ranks tops in safety.
    My salesperson, Robert Frankel, was so helpful explaining to me all the bells and whistles which really meant a lot. My last vehicle from Chevy I had to figure out by myself how it worked.
    I am now looking forward to returning to Avalon Honda for my first free oil change so I can see the happy employees that work there. It really helps to have happy employees.
    Also, want to mention that Chris in financing really was great help in getting me through the financing details. I love my warranty plus many extra benefits. Thank you Avalon Honda for making my experience a pleasure.

    Honda new cars already have a great reputation. I came across a used Accord and for a really great deal with a guaranteed 2018 state inspection pass by the dealer! I hope to get some great miles from this car. The sales process was quick and painless. I worked with Sam and Bob. I will definitely do business with again.
