(September 6, 2018, 1:16 am)This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! The rolled ice cream was so tasty! There were so many flavors and toppings to choose from. It was even fun to watch it being made right in front of you. The staff at the Ocean City boardwalk location were very friendly. If you like ice cream, you'll love Sweet Charlie's.
