  We loved Terri’s class! We did it as a team and it was perfect! A great range of stretching, breathing, and meditation. She was so open and welcoming to people who don’t have much experience with yoga. It was perfect and yoga on the beach was ideal! Thank you Terri!

  My wife & I have attended Teri's yoga classes over the course of years. Teri is a terrific person & yoga teacher. She is warm, welcoming & full of positive energy. She gears her classes so that they are both doable and challenging for all levels of participants. If 5 stars is the highest rating that I can give then I believe Teri deserves 5 stars. On top of everything else, Teri's per class charge of $10 is more than reasonable & has remained the same for as long as I have known her- which is at least 10 years.

  This is the yoga class you can’t miss! Teri, the instructor, is fantastic. Whether there are 5 people or 50 people she makes it a personal experience for everyone. Perfect for all ages and abilities. What better place to do yoga than in the beach! I highly recommend NJ Beach Yoga.

  I began taking yoga with Teri from NJ Beach Yoga when she first started out years ago. I was part of a small group that met twice a week and always looked forward to those mornings. The benefits to my body and mind were astounding! Teri made each workout a little different and geared her classes to make sure each body part was targeted. Teri continually takes workshops, classes and certifications to hone her skills and stay current with what's new and exciting in the yoga community. And for locals and visitors to Sea Isle City, NJ there is none better than NJ Beach Yoga! Whether enjoying an early morning or moonlit class on the beach in the Spring/Summer months, yoga in the SIC Lodge during the colder months and inclement weather, or a private individual/group session you are sure to leave class feeling renewed and ready for your next time with this incredible instructor and team! I am currently living out of state, but am going for a visit soon. I will definitely catch a class or two on the beach during my visit!

  NJ beach offers an experience like no other. All are welcomed, it is an all levels class that the whole family can enjoy. Teri has an incredible energy and she makes you feel amazing with her energetic spirit and enthusiasm she has for Yoga. You can tell Teri loves what she does and she simply wants to share that with the world. This is a must attend class on the beach in the summer and in the SIC community lodge in the winter....Perfect year around yoga offering. Love NJ beach yoga and the welcoming vibe you get every time you join!
