They delivered the bikes to my vacation rental as expected and they picked up the bikes at the end of the week. What makes their service exceptional is the help I got when i got a flat tire on the middle of a ride (nowhere near my condo). I called the main number for Surf Buggy, told them the issue and they sent a truck to me in ten minutes. Their employee gave me a new bike and took the old one away. It was that easy and was awesome! They will continue to get my business when I'm at the beach! Good job! ”
