“I've been going here for roughly 8 years. The therapists can be hit or miss, the doctors too, but overall the service is great, especially now. You get what you give with the receptionists, as most humans do. Their appointments aren't just over-scheduled, which you can ease into after a few appointments and have the ability to make three appointments ahead of time; their staff is also overworked. If they seem short or unsympathetic, they aren't, but you're not the only one with problems there. Great people, decent service, with the only downside being that there aren't more staff to handle the workload.”
