“After reading the mostly positive reviews, I went to Doo Wop during what is still considered the off season so there was no wait, and they weren't extremely, busy. With that in mind - service was good, friendly and fast. They have some interesting breakfast options. I indulged in the Churros french toast, which was very good. I also had an omelette, which I asked to be well done. It was made perfectly, without being burned. The home fries are more of a hash, than home fries.....but still very good. I would have like some turkey bacon, which they do not carry. Only pork products. Justin, If you haven't already looked into it, maybe you could try the card payment system called Square. You can do point of sale using a tablet or phone and they claim to have low rates. Had I not read the reviews before, I would not have known to bring cash. Also....I did find some of your responses to other reviews a bit concerning....but some people are just trolling, so I would advise that you not give everyone a response as they may just be trying to get a rise out of you.”

“Red Store is the place for brunch in Cape May. Great atmosphere, excellent service and outstanding fresh food - what's not to like. Red store is located few minutes from Lighthouse and makes for a great destination after visiting lighthouse and surrounding area (park, hike, beach). It's also convenient when biking Cape May. We biked most of the day and after hiking and climbing lighthouse - we were starving and tired. No energy to bike back to main strip of Cape may - we stopped by Red Store. Food was top notch - from fresh granola and yogurt, to outstanding omelettes, to delicious quiche. Brunch selection and quality is top notch. Their freshly baked goods are delicious. They also have a nice gelato selection. Don't miss it if in southern part of Cape May or at lighthouse. You'll regret not trying Red Store”

The atmosphere was very calm, quiet, always a plus when you just want good food and don't want to have to wear formal attire or go through any other hassles. Server also gave us a few tips about local places. Overall very good experience for my wife and myself. Only con was no bag for the food that we took home, but really not that big of a deal. “Great place for a visit, as with any amusements it does get pricey the more you want to do. My boys 6 & 3 had a blast between all the games, shops, rides, and water park. I definitely suggest looking online for tickets and discount codes instead of buying at the box office, you can save a significant amount of money if you plan accordingly.”

“The food was good but yes the sauce is highly acidic and the vodka sauce is too thick. I had the artichoke and it was delicious also the eggplant pesto also good except the sauce. Portions are large and way more then we could handle (good job). The noise in there is loud, wood floors amplified sound. Need sound absorption placed in ceiling, it's like a high school gym in there. You guys will make the changes and your restaurant will boom, we will be back!”

“For what it is, a beach snack bar (you order at the window), it is 5 star. We look forward to riding our bikes here and getting breakfast every year and it is consistently excellent. The bagel sandwich is the best I've had. Good bread, a real egg, tasty bacon, and a big piece of cheese. Much better than a commercial chain. Obviously, extra points for a good view (there is a good amount of seating) and good service, but this is a great stop for a quick and tasty breakfast. You can easily spend a whole morning checking out Diamond Beach, the two stores, mini golf and the WWII look out tower.”

“Great sub sandwiches !!!!. Service is really good. Very helpful staff. They use all Thuman's cold cuts. Their sandwich board is full of choices and of course you make your own combination. They have very good bread to make their creations. We had fresh mozzarella on a few of our sandwiches that was also so good. The place is take out only which is perfect for us because we take the sandwiches back to the beach. Love going to Primo Hoagies when we visit Wildwood Beach.”

I really appreciated the fact that we ordered all you can eat crabs and we were given a large portion right from the start. They also have smoothie options, some all green and others more fruity and tasty. You can add protein to anything you order, they also have plant-based protein which is helpful.
