“I called Ulmer's on a Sunday afternoon not expecting them to answer the phone but just to get their hours. To my surprise, Tom answered the call! I told him the problem and he asked if I wanted him to come out today. I said Monday would be fine. Monday morning rolls around, I get a call at a little after 8am saying he's on his way! He arrived 10 minutes later, came in, fixed the problem and was out the door in 15 minutes! All that service for WAY less than Sears wanted to just "come out and assess the problem". Amazing! Sears wanted $160 just to come out and take a look. The window of time for the appointment? 8am to 5pm!! Do yourself a favor, call Tom save a boatload of cash and still have time for the beach!”
