“We (my dad and I) give this gym and staff (Kevin and the trainers) a five star rating. We joined the gym last year when we first started vacationing in Ocean City and we opted into personal training sessions to get ready for the ice hockey season. Kevin (owner and trainer) mapped out a great workout routine that included core, speed, agility and muscle mass. They drafted a membership that matched our vacation plans so we could continue our workout routine. The entire staff / trainers were so positive and helpful if we had any questions. They promoted a great positive helpful energy that was contagious! We brought that energy back home to our workouts during the main season!. Thank you Kevin and your staff for a GREAT experience!”
