“Accommodations were spot on and location screamed convenience! Bed and pillows were comfortable and so was the spacious room. It is on a main highway, so there can be traffic sounds to deal with. Or, just reserve a room towards the back. I'd go here again, especially if I was going to Cape May or staying in Wildwood. Price was also reasonable.”

“This place is so cute. The parking lot is very small and kind of difficult to get in to, but don't let it stop you. They have a pretty decently sized menu including soft serve, cones, sundaes, banana splits, water ice, fruity treats & milkshakes. The girls that helped us were very sweet. They have a mini golf course behind the ice cream stand, which i thought was cool!”

“I have been staying here every year for 10+ years. We have taken our 9 yo grand daughter to many places. But when her teacher asked her to write a paper on her favorite place in the world she wrote her paper about the acropolis. The hotel itself is not one of those 5 star resorts with perfect everything...but it is an amazing hotel in a perfect location. Kid friendly...great pool...and extra close to the beach. It's a short beach so you are close to the water. Restaurant, bar, and everything you need. You literally don't have to go anywhere else the whole vacation. Far enough away from the boardwalk to avoid it when you need to with the kids. Good railings in the rooms to protect the kids....and fencing around the pool for the kids as well. Hope this helps everyone. There's a lot of reviews on here that are negative because they saw a broken piece of molding, an area of missing paint, or something like that. In the real world this is a great hotel to spend some quality relax time by the ocean. Even if you have kids with you! Don't hesitate coming to the acropolis, it's the vacation we all need.”

“Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I signed up the day before after asking to take a tour, I decided to come in the next day to exercise. Well when I went to the locker room to unpack I realized I forgot my gym sneakers. So the afternoon wouldn’t be a total loss I tried out the massage and body enhancement. Staff was great at explaining how to use the equipment and the process going forward if I want to use services again. FYI I went during lunch hour when most people get their breaks. It wasn’t busy but not so crowded. With that said staff was still very helpful.”
