“For the past three years I have trained here at the Atilis gym in Avalon. I Love coming back every summer. It's a good shore Gym and has everything you need for a good workout. Inside there are good machines, plenty of free weights (both inside and outside), and cardio equipment (yes some are older but it gets the job done). The gym is kept clean and I always feel the AC very well. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help. The outside area is the best, training outside is great all summer. Def worth visiting!!”
