First timers at the Red Eyed Crab and we went for breakfast so I cannot comment about the seafood (yet!). I can confirm my son’s pancakes were delicious. My sausage & cheese omelette was great. Everything was just awesome and a great out of the way location will have you eyeing up the beautiful bay shore as you travel there. The coffee was great, the restaurant cozy. There’s something about sitting next to a creek with cattails abound on a cold cold day. The cozy comfy restaurant was great and we will be back. Thanks!
Best meal ever! Really great food, love the decor. Great friendly servers. Seafood was top quality, prepared perfectly. NY strip is great. Fried oysters and coleslaw are the best I ever had! Can't wait to try breakfast menu.
Great location. The building fits with the seafood industry from the area. Small establishment but excellent service and food. Adequate portions. Salad and dinner bread for appetizer while we waited for our fried seafood platers. Try out this great establishment in the south jersey country.
Mike...Ray and I really enjoyed our visit tonight. First of all, we finished the salad. It was the perfect amount for the two of us. Alongside of that was our cold shrimp with cocktail...so yummy..as it should be. Not even 10 minutes after our waitress cleared those dishes did our meal come.
Portions were great.
Food was high quality.
Staff was unbelievable.
This place has the charm of one of those places after they have been flipped by Chef Ramsey. It really feels updated and current but trying to hold onto local and nostalgia.
