  I bought a minivan at AG July 2018. After having it for 12 days, the ECM fried and took the alternator and battery with it. While it would have been impossible for AG to see this problem coming that didn't ease my frustration one bit. The part was difficult to come by and it took several weeks to resolve the problem along with many phone calls to the manufacturer. What I can say without a doubt is that AG stood behind me through the whole ordeal and even intervened on my behalf. We love the van and understand that these things happen and AG did not bail on us!! Gabe and the gang are awesome to deal with and try hard to please the customer. No pressure sales and good prices! What Gabe does not realize is that I have been scouring his lot for a truck. They will definitely get first chance to sell me a truck. Thanks guys and have a great holiday!!!

  This past Saturday was probably one of the best car buying experiences i've ever had. I found my now new truck friday night while cruising the website and knew i had to be there first thing Saturday morning. I was there first thing when they opened at 9am and was instantly greeted by Ed one of the saleman. He was still in the midst of opening the shop for business but immediately grabbed the keys to the truck to allow me to look it over. I looked the truck over up and down and knew right then and there i had to have it. He didnt hawk me like most other salesman do. He gave me all the time i needed to look it over. I sat down in the shop he got me started right away with the credit application. Gabe then took over to get me setup with the best possible loan terms he could find, and he did just that. Everything went smoothly, no pushing, no fighting over price. It was the first time i actually enjoyed being at a dealership. The truck was in pristine condition. Not only did i get a good deal on the truck i also got a great deal on my trade in. I drove away from that dealership knowing that the next time myself or my better half, or any person i meet needs a new vehicle. I will happily point them to AG automotive.

  Friendly and helpful.. Always willing to go the extra mile for your approval and satisfaction... And also They have cars you can rely on ( No junk cars ) seriously

  Great experience!!! Hassle free and honest. I was given the freedom to look through the lot without being pressured by a salesman. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot. No problems or issues. I would recommend AG Auto Group to whoever is looking for a dependable vehicle. Thanks guys for all your help!
