(February 13, 2020, 8:29 am)Picked up this week's special; $0.99 Pork Shoulder, 10lb & 3lb 1/4in sliced bacon, total $25.00. Covered pork w/ bacon strips, brown sugar, & black pepper. Placed inside deep oven pan w/ aluminum foil sealed....225° for 10hrs..... Perfect!!! Tonight pork shoulder n bacon.... Tomorrow Carnitas. Thanks Again Main's Meats!!!

I have purchased here several dozen times and have never had a bad experience with any of the people working there and I have pretty much dealt with all of them on more than a few occasions. Great selection of meats. They also sell produce at a fair price. Their house recipe seasoning that they apply to the meat, at your discretion, is to die for. Example. Two sirloin steaks, sold at a fair price, seasoned, and handled with love.
