Helpful, curtious, and had good advice.
Both Dr. Starr and Dr. Lench are amazing. My kids have been going here for several years and my husband and I changed our optometrist to these two great doctors. The office staff is wonderful as well. I never have an issue scheduling appointments, making payments or getting measured, adjusted for glasses. Both doctors are great with children and just a pleasure to be around. I've experienced optometrist in the past that can be dry and stuffy but not these two, great bedside manner ????
The entire staff is top-notch - friendly, professional, and caring! The doctors take their time to answer any questions and address concerns. I appreciate that they implement the newest technology in their practice, so I know I'm getting the best possible care!
They are the most professional caring staff and doctors to have ever taken care of our family's health. We have received 20+ years of care from both doctors. They are thorough, conservative and always interested in keeping their patients health their personal goals in life. We are blessed to have them care for our vision.
My first visit to Starr and Lench far exceeded my expectations. When I called to make an appointment I expected to have a wait of at least several weeks but, because they have extensive office hours, I was able to get an appointment with in 2 weeks. The staff was warm and welcoming, there was no wait - I was taken back as soon as I finished filling out the new patient paperwork 5 minutes before my appointment. The exam was conducted in a friendly, professional manner and both Dr. Starr and his assistant thoroughly explained the results of each test and how each would be treated or watched. I would definitely recommend Starr and Lench to family and friends.
