If you have previously had good experiences with Big O in Elk River and/or Rogers, as I did, you will deal with familiar faces at Champlin location. For the continued honesty, understanding, integrity, and customer service, I find it is well-worth my time to go where these folks are. This past Saturday, had my first experience with Sean Hanley managing. Outstanding! The day was very busy, but they had my car ready well-under what they first estimated. Just as helpful, as usual, they (Sean, plus Tyler, Will, and Dan in the Shop) gave me a realistic review of things to monitor on my radar. With an aging car and a brittle budget, that's HUGE!

Always greeted timely by pleasant staff. They help me keep my vehicle running smoothly with tires and routine oil changes. Reasonable prices. Great job team!

Had a tire punctured while leaving work. Put my spare on and looked for a place not too far away that was also close to home. Went to this location and was extremely happy with the honest and quick service I received from this Big O Tires. They didn’t try to feed me lines on other issues and resolved my tire problem with very satisfactory service. Highly recommended.

I stopped here one afternoon recently because of a brake problem. They got me in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. Sean was very personable, professional and showed me exactly what was wrong with my truck. They did the repairs in less than an hour and I was happily on my way. I won't hesitate to go back for maintenance or repairs.

Was there a few weeks ago to get my tire checked because of a slow leak. They found a nail, but noticed it was still losing pressure after the fix. They took the time to really go over the tire and found another small nail that worked its way into the tread. Great work done and they didn't try to sell me new tires or try to tell me I needed new tires like Tires Minus does. Very happy with the work and will most likely go there when I do need new tires.

I cold call, send postcard mailers, and text. The data was very accurate for all of them.. I market to real estate and telephone numbers and addresses are the lifeline of my business. I have skiptraced with a lot of people on Fiverr and other companies. They have not come close to the data I received.

This is the first company I recieved a column with Golden Addresses these were the most up to date addresses for the seller where I could send mail to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AAA++
