  What A Difference A Day Makes
  
  I originally gave this facility a less than Sterling review, I was wrong I just didn't give them time enough to respond to the issues that I was having. Obviously the issue is not with Alaris Health at Cedar Grove but the issue was more centered directly on me. Everything that I said in the review I was I was mistaken. The first impression I got was mistaken, nurse Jenesa, occupational therapist Farah and many many others far too numerous to mention have made the beginning of my stay a very positive experience. I've since had a chance to make my way around campus and the two inner Courtyards are absolutely gorgeous the Landscaping the hardscaping absolutely beautiful same goes for the outside campus the expensive Lawns the beautiful setting I couldn't have possibly ask for a better rehab for my medical issues.

  I walked in to visit my Dad and everyone was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and so nicely kept. My Dad has been doing well here and likes the P/T he is getting twice a day. I give this the highest rating since I have been inside many other facilities that weren't even half as nice as Alaris.

  It's a very lovely place, big and clean. The staff is amazing. I didn't get to meet the Physical therapy staff but I did meet the weekend therapist Jesus. He is awesome. Very patient and such a sweetheart. He took the time to talk to us and explain stuff and he was simply amazing. Y'all need to keep him????. Other than that I am very pleased with my moms stay at Alaris Cedar Grove. I will definitely recommend it. Thank you so much.

  This is the 3rd time my mother has been at this facility. The staff has always been attractive to her needs and pleasant, facility is always clean and well kept. One of the better facilities in the area.

  My mom was in this facility twice. First in December /January for pt and rehab after a hospital stay. In 6 weeks these people took a 98 year old woman who couldn't get out of bed by herself to someone who could walk 90 feet by herself. That got her back to her apartment for 2 months. Unfortunately she fell and ended up back there. I didn't think twice about using Alaris again.Despite their best efforts she began to fail,at 98 years old she just wore out. She received the very best and compassionate care you could get.I can't find the right words to thank the staff of Pink unit for all they did. As I told Elizabeth I will always remember her and her team as the people who gave me 6 more months with my mom. They treated my mom like she was their own grandmother and treated me like a member of their family. Also my thanks to Alethia for guiding a novice through this sometime complicated process. Mom lived with dignity and passed away peacefully and without discomfort thanks to the efforts of these fine people. If you have to place a loved one in a nursing home this place is a good choice.I didn't give this place a 5 star review,they earned it.
