  Dr. Segal is incredible. She radiates a warm, positive energy, and she has been really wonderful in helping me with a core issue following the birth of my children. I can't recommend her highly enough!

  I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Segal after my pregnancy. Post-birth I went to a general PT but felt the doctor was not taking into account the changes my body experienced after giving birth. When I went to Dr. Segal, however, she really listened to my concerns and to the signals my body was giving me. The individualized attention that Dr. Segal gave me was a breath of fresh air -- many other PTs I have been to give you some exercises to do and then leave while you actually do the exercises. This is not Dr. Segal's model; she helps you do the exercises and makes sure you are breathing properly and that your form is correct. This ensured me that I was doing the exercises properly so I could continue to do them on my own at home and helped me to feel the physical improvements. From the very first visit Dr. Segal made me feel comfortable and at ease and I highly recommend going to see her!

  I went to Dr Segal after my pregnancy for PV Physical therapy. Dr Segal is very professional and thorough. She explained to me all the process and I learned so much about my body and how to take better care of it :). On top of that she was sweet and kind and I enjoyed our sessions very much. I highly recommenced going to see her for PV issues and also for Pilates exercise!

  I went to see Dr. Segal for pelvic floor issues after the birth of my son. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, caring and I learned a lot about my pelvic floor. The exercises she taught me really improved my functioning and physically I feel so much better. I’m so glad I found her. I would definitely recommend her to any new moms or women I know experiencing issues with their pelvic floor.
